At Artaal Valley Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Our refund and returns policy are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original, unopened packaging. Returns are only accepted for bulk orders (cartons) and not for individual items. Please note that receiving your purchase confirms its condition and acceptance by you. Any defects that appear later, except for manufacturing defects, cannot be returned without prior approval from management. However, certain items are non-returnable due to their nature, including:

- Opened or Partially Used Cartons: Any carton that has been opened, partially used, or shows signs of damage or tampering is not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Dirty Cartons: Cartons that are returned with damage, dirt, tears, or any other signs of misuse will not be accepted
- Promotional Items: Products purchased as part of a promotion (e.g., “Buy 3, Get 1 Free”) are non-returnable.
- Custom Orders: Products that have been specifically ordered or customized for you cannot be returned.
- Hazardous Materials: Products classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are non-returnable.

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not related to our error.
- Late Returns: Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within (7) working days..
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at customers@artaalalvalley.com and please contact your sales representative (distributor) to arrange the process. .
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact your sales representative (distributor) to arrange the process. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
